I hereby give my consent to Bank Globus JSC located at 10 Bakhrushina Street, Block 1, Moscow, 115184 (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006, for the processing of my personal data and confirm that by giving this consent, I am acting voluntarily and in my own interests.
As defined in the specified law, personal data processing means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) carried out with personal data with or without the automation facilities, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transmission (provision, access), receipt, combining, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Personal data includes:
- information provided in this application;
- information automatically generated during interactions with the Bank’s website, including but not limited to: cookies; IP addresses for geolocation information; information about the operating system and web browser installed on the device used to access the Bank’s website; the number of views/clicks on the Bank’s advertisements placed on other websites; the number of visits to the Bank’s website.
The purpose of processing personal data is as follows:
- for the Bank to make a decision regarding the provision of any banking services to the organization I represent;
- to enter into any contracts between the Bank and the organization I represent and ensure their further performance;
- to form a client database by the Bank;
- to provide me, as a representative of the organization, with information about the services offered by the Bank;
- marketing and advertising, including creating and sending targeted advertising mailings;
- technical management of the Bank’s online services, as well as to conduct analysis of their functioning and improve the operation of the Bank’s online services;
- statistical and other research.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Bank to the extent necessary to achieve each of the above-mentioned purposes.
I acknowledge and confirm that, if necessary, the Bank has the right to transfer my personal data to third parties, their agents, and other authorized persons to the extent necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, as well as to provide such persons with relevant documents containing my personal data in compliance with the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Bank makes every effort and takes measures provided by legislation of the Russian Federation to avoid unauthorized use of personal data. I am informed and agree that the Bank is not responsible for any unintended use of my personal data that occurs due to technical malfunctions in software, servers, or computer networks beyond the Bank’s control (except in cases of transferring personal data to third parties as described above) or as a result of unlawful actions performed by third parties.
I hereby confirm that this consent is valid until it is revoked. I can revoke the consent by providing a written notice to the Bank, subject to verification of my identity. I acknowledge that if I revoke my consent, the Bank will have the right not to cease processing my personal data and not to destroy it in cases provided for by legislation of the Russian Federation, including if the storage periods for personal data established by legislation of the Russian Federation have not expired.
